*NEW CLIENT BOOKINGS*
- During business hours, we are a very busy practice with limited time to connect by phone. The most efficient way to reach us is by text, voicemail, and/or COMPLETING THE CONNECT FORM. We will respond within 24 business hours. We are closed FOR BUSINESS on both Wednesday and Saturday.
- All NEW clients are required to pay a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT at the time of booking. If using a GIFT CERTIFICATE your 50% deposit will be held off of the certificate.
- If you are scheduling and paying on someone else's behalf, the same NEW CLIENT policy listed above applies, and FULL PAYMENT is required up to 1 hour before servicing the client.
*EXISTING CLIENT BOOKINGS*
Effective August 1, 2025 a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required for all bookings.
*CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES - NEW/EXISTING CLIENTS*
We believe in a mutually beneficial exchange and understand that emergencies happen.
- In this event, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
- A 48 hours’ notice is requested when needing to reschedule or cancel.
- A 50% cancellation fee will be collected for all services after the minimum 48-hour notification period has passed.
- If using a GIFT CERTIFICATE your 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the certificate value.
- If you are unable to reschedule your appt within 10 calendar days of your original appointment date, your NON-REFUNDABLE booking deposit is FORFEITED and will not be applied to your next booking. **EXAMPLE: Appointment is scheduled for March 1st; your next appointment needs to be rescheduled for an available date/time between March 2nd and March 11th (10 calendar days).
- If you adhered to the 48-hour notice policy, then your deposit can only be used towards ONE rescheduled date within the 10 calendar days explained above.
- RESCHEDULES are based on both the client and business' availability during our operating hours. We do our absolute best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee an opening.
- If you are considered a no call/no show, full-service charges will be applied and collected prior to a reschedule.
- After two consecutive reschedules or cancellations (or if we determine that the aforementioned policies are being abused), we reserve the right to REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT for ALL FUTURE SERVICES at the time of booking; or simply terminate our professional relationship with ANY CLIENT.
