How do I reach a member of your staff? 

We are an exclusive women's only, small private practice with very limited time to connect by phone.  We encourage you to explore our website and can ensure you that all answers to any question will be found here.  We hope that every visitor reviews our business information, policies, full menu of services and costs prior to moving forward with our seamless booking process.

How do I book an appointment? 

Unlike most, we do not offer a booking link.  We have a deep appreciation for valuing both your time and ours.  To begin our process please click on any "book now" or "connect" button - which links you to a quick form that takes you less than 60 seconds to complete.  From there a member from our team will contact you to set up a quick 5 min call to move forward with scheduling.

How early should I arrive? 

Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to use the restroom and woo-sah (if need be). You will receive a text message the evening before your appointment with very detailed pre and post information to ensure a professional and efficient exchange. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time to respect the next guest.

What is the cancellation policy?

Do I need to book in advance? 

Yes, we operate by appointment only. 

Do you accept walk-ins? 

No, we do not accept walk-ins.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Do you accommodate couples or groups? 

Unfortunately, we do not.  We take great pride in a 1:1 experience, and do not provide service to more than one client at a time.

Is it okay to bring my children, pets, or accompanying guests? 

To maintain a quiet, relaxing environment and ensure the health and safety of our staff and guests, we require that all clients are 18 or older. And kindly ask that you do not bring children, pets, or guests to accompany you to the spa during your visit.

Should I inform the spa of any health conditions? 

Yes. Please disclose any medical conditions, pregnancies, allergies, or injuries when booking. This ensures your treatments are tailored safely to your needs.

Is gratuity included in the price? 

Gratuity is not included in the service price. Tipping is at your discretion and sincerely appreciated - as we are in the service/hospitality industry and take great pride in providing all new and existing clients with a top-tier experience.
